Start by scheduling your no-obligation virtual property visit, using our online form. If you don’t already have the app, download any of the following apps on your phone – Skype, Facetime, or Zoom Meetings. Once you schedule a virtual property visit, we will contact you via email with detailed instructions on how to connect.
Get Ready
Make a list of the resurfacing and casting services you’d like to hear more about. No need for measurements! We’ll do a “walk-through” of some units over video chat to get a better understanding of your property’s needs.
Buddy Up
Have your maintenance supervisor or property manager join the call by sharing the instructions link. It’s good to have everyone on the same page from the get-go.
Connecting
At the scheduled time, Custom Tub & Tile will contact you. Guide us through a brief tour of the areas you would like to be resurfaced or casted at your property.
