We ask that you remove all personal items from the bathroom, and that includes shampoo bottles, shower curtains, and anything on the sink/vanity area.
As well as securing all of your pets in a separate room prior to our technicians arrival.
There is an odor associated with the resurfacing process, for that reason we ask that anyone who is sensitive to strong chemical smells not be present in your home while the resurfacing is taking place. That includes but is not limited to pregnant women, young children, and elderly people.
The technician comes with a ventilation system which helps minimize the odor during the resurfacing process, but for that reason he needs access to the closest window to the bathroom. Please remove the screen before he arrives.
You are responsible for providing parking for our technician while he is there completing the service. Due to the inconsistency of street parking we ask that you secure a parking space before we arrive.
We have a 48 hr cancelation policy, that is technically 2 business days. So if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason we would need to know no later than 5pm two full business days prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise there is a $75.00 fee assessed to the card on file.

The technician comes with a ventilation system which helps minimize the dust created during the casting process, but for that reason he needs access to the closest window to the bathroom. Please remove the screen before he arrives.
The casting coating is temperature sensitive. Please keep the temperature in your home at 70* F for the duration of the service and for 24 hrs afterwards.
