  1. Tenants will be required to vacate their home for the duration of the service.
  2. Tenants are required to clean the bathroom prior to our arrival.
  3. Tenants are required to remove all of their personal items from the bathroom.
  4. Our technicians will be wearing their PPE during the entire service (i.e. shoe covers, mask, gloves).
  5. Our technicians will also disinfect the bathroom, including door knobs, with an industrial strength cleaner.

We are aware of the fast pace at which this situation is unfolding and are committed to re-evaluating our efforts to keep our team members and clients as safe as possible as new information emerges. We are also asking that our resideintal clientele take the time to clean their bathroom prior to our technicain’s arrival, along with notifying our office to reschedule should you feel under the weather.  We apologize for any inconvenience this new policy presents and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
